Whoo hoo!

Here is one of my dear little owl friends that I made as a gift for Bethie! The pattern comes courtesy of Dianna La Ferry of Atelier Chouette. The first owl I made from Atelier Chouette's Baby Owl Kit, which came out well, except that I found the little bits like the ears very challenging to sew. I increased the size by 130% to create my gift owls.

This is baby owl using the fabric that came with the kit.

And these two darlings I made for my nieces for Christmas! I have several more cut out and ready to sew. I think the most fun was in selecting fabrics, and floss and buttons! I can't wait to dig into more projects!

Wow-you have been busy making amazing things! Love the fabric combos on the owls.
